The Cremation Process

After All the rRitualsare carried out the Pyre is lit ( MukhAgni )

After the pyre is lit , the trolley is pushed Into the chamber & door is closed for Cremation in controlled condition .

All the rituals are performed as Per Astha& Tradition .

Pyre of wood is prepared on the Cremation Trolley

One more layer of wood is placedOver the body

The Body is then placed upon the wood Pyre With leg pointing south .

When the cremation is more than 80 % The door is opened & an Important rituals Kapal Kriya& Panch samidhais done

After the cremation is complete the Ash is Collected for AsthiPuja.
